Due to this project having “Controlled Unclassified Information” documents, you are required to complete the “DOD Mandatory CUI Training” and sign an “Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)” to gain access. In order to gain access to the drawings/specifications, we ask that you do the following:
1.Take the “DOD Mandatory CUI Training” and keep a copy of your certificate of completion. (if you have completed the training with in the last two years, you do not have to take it again)

2.Download and Sign the “Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). (Please “DO NOT” type, Ink Signature required)
3.Combine both the CUI Training Certification and NDA into one PDF File
4. Email completed CUI Training Certification and Non Disclosure Agreement to Brendan Kennedy: bkennedy@humphreymechanical.com
Once you have emailed your NDA and CUI Training Certificate, we will email you a password that will give you access to the documents for this project.
