The project consists of the construction of a new 12,000 SF Emergency Operations Center with conference rooms, cafeteria, and associated supporting office spaces as well as a new diesel generator and backup tank. Renovations to the existing EOC building will include structural reinforcement, 2,500 SF of new office and kitchen expansions, upgrades to the fire alarm panel, as well as other incidental related items. This is a Certified Payroll project.
